For buyer(s) to receive the rebate, the purchase must be a new construction residence, a representation agreement must be signed prior to initialization of purchase and is subject to the condition that no other real estate agency/agent has a claim to represent the buyer(s) as clients. The buyer(s) cannot currently be legally represented by another real estate agency/agent and must not have previously entered into a buyer representation agreement which is still valid or under a period of protection. The buyer must agree and represent Ashley Hall Realty as the procuring cause for purchase to all entities involved in the transaction.The estimated Ashley Hall Realty Refund amount is not guaranteed and the refund itself is wholly dependent on the transaction completion and closing. The Ashley Hall Realty Refund amount will vary according to purchase price, and other factors. If all conditions have been met, and closing is finalized, the Ashley Hall Realty Refund will be provided no earlier than 3 days and no later than 30 days after closing. If Ashley Hall Realty represents the seller then payment of the rebate is subject to the consent of the seller. The rebate to buyer may be subject to restrictions by the buyer’s lender.
